Confrere is designed for 1-on-1 meetings between a professional (e.g., physician, consultant, etc.) and a visitor (e.g., patient, client, etc.).
You create a Confrere for your organization, and you may then add team members - the people from your organization that should either be available for video calls or have admin access to your dashboard.
Because our pricing is based on team members, you never have to worry that you’re driving up cost by making another video call. It doesn’t matter if your team members makes five or fifty video calls each month: the price remains the same. This makes for more predictable costing for your organization.
There is a monthly base fee of one team member.
You are only billed for additional team members if they have made at least one video call within the monthly billing cycle.
Example: The Clinic has one Confrere account. There are three physicians who work there - Dr. Fernandez, Dr. Williams, and Dr. Levin.
In May, Dr. Fernandez did not have any video appointments, Dr. Williams had 3 video appointments, and Dr. Levin had 30 video appointments. The clinic pays for only two team members in May.
In June, Dr. Fernandez had 23 video appointments, Dr. Williams had 13, and Dr. Levin had one. The clinic pays for 3 team members in June.
In July, none of the GPs had any video appointments. The clinic pays the monthly base fee of one team member
Maybe you're building a digital service around video calls, or you're a large organization with specific needs. In cases like these, it often makes sense to price based on usage, rather than on team members. For instance, we can set a price for the first 100 calls made in a month, and a price per call after that. Read more about custom pricing.
We charge on a monthly basis. You can always cancel or change your subscription in your Confrere’s settings. If you cancel your subscription, you’ll only pay for the current billing cycle. Any changes to your subscription will be reflected in your next monthly statement.
The Consult plan will suffice for most organizations.
