After a video meeting Confrere can automatically generate a transcript of the conversation and an AI generated summary highlighting the key points. This helps teams quickly capture the outcome of a meeting without needing to manually write extensive notes. Summaries and transcripts can also be shared when needed. The goal is simple: let professionals focus on the conversation instead of the documentation. We believe AI should enhance professional communication without compromising privacy or control. You can enable this feature in Settings, provided that data storage is enabled. This feature is opt in and can be activated on your organization when needed, Once activated, agents can start a transcription during a call. Transcribed calls will appear on the dashboard with a link to a page where you can view and search across all transcripts. This feature is free on all license plans during Q2.
