Billing policy

We only charge for active team members, because you shouldn't pay for something you aren't using.

You get unlimited calls and unlimited visitors for all pricing plans.

  • Paid plans are based on the number of team members on your Confrere account.
  • You only pay for team members who have made a video call within that billing month.
  • If all team members become inactive, you will be charged for a minimum of one member, unless you decide to downgrade to the Free plan.

This means that you don't have to worry about how many team members you're adding to your Confrere, because you'll only pay for team members who are actually using it.

Note that we can also offer custom pricing, e.g. on a per call basis.
