2. We speak up

Whether it is something with the product, the way we work, or the way we interact with each other, we honor those who dare speak up when something isn’t right, and we listen to them to make sure we understand. We help make each other better.

3. We take responsibility

We trust and respect everyone to do their best work, and we recognize that everyone’s contribution is just as valuable as our own. We work together as a team towards the same goal, and everyone contributes to that within their own expertise.

4. We work wherever makes us happy

We believe happy employees are productive employees. If happy means you spend some days at home, or at a coffee shop, or if you desire to live far away from the stress of the city, then that’s what we want you to do.

5. “Pytt, pytt”

That’s a very precise Norwegian phrase for “Well, that was a shame, but don’t worry about it, it’ll be fine, no need to dwell on it”. We’re going to screw up from time to time, but that’s just a part of the process.
